Everyone there is fake they are all nice asf but they know what you’re getting into when you purchase a car. I’m paying a ridiculous price for my car when it’s only worth like $3000 and still have about 3 in a half years left to pay on it. Yea great way to build your credit cause they accepted anyone but you’re over paying for a car my hubby put a new exhaust system on and check engine light came back on not even a week after and it’s been on for months! They are bs I don’t recommend!

But as a used car dealership, we can say sometimes cars can seem over priced to what Kelly Blue Book may shows the public, but they take an average of what a vehicle sold for but what they don't do is separate the differences between the cars. They are Scammers .. i bought a car on the 10/30 i had to make a payment on the 1 and 15. So wen i talked to them on the second they said my car was on for repo .. they wouldn’t take my payment to pay for the car after she told me they would. Then they say they have to verify my paperwork over and that i couldn’t get my car back.. remind you this is all in a week. They basically tried to scam me out my money to keep the car. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS ohh yeah and i was never approved by the bank either.
because they say they do bhph but yet force u to come in and have your credit pulled. I know I wont get bank financing so why pull my credit and make it even worse then what it is

Went there upset after another place told me no. Just relocated needed a car for work. I can't say enough about the staff so nice and caring. Got me a car couldn't be happier.
I went a few years ago with 1000 dwn pym and they didn't put me in anything. They guy told me I needed at least 3400 for a car that was only 7999. Keep them as a last option. I need a car now but I'll keep on the back burner.
I worked with almost all the agents at Newcastle motors and i have to say they had the best service, they had good customer care and they helped me get situated with the right vehicle.
Finally they got me back in a truck...love my girl at Newcastle motors got the job done
