This is for New Castle out of Boise Idaho. TERRIBLE company to work with. They always have an excuse when something wasn’t ordered correctly. They never call to let you know why it is taking so long to get the job started or completed. You have to call them if you want to know anything and then it may not be the truth. Just pacify you until the next phone call. Signed the contract for new siding in March of 2022. It is now November 2023 and the house still isn’t completed. They would call when they wanted me to sign a new ad... read more

I would give no stars to this company, if I could. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against the Eugene, OR and Idaho New Castle Installs. LLC. Beware of this company!!! They took 3/4 of my money for a Tub to shower conversion, which was never completed. If the Idaho facility is open, they are not returning my calls. They are ghosting a lot of people who have paid for work not completed. Snake oil is what they are selling!
