For those of you that have been able to give New Castle Installs, LLC a 4 or 5 star rating, be thankful. I fall into the 0 or at best 1 star rating group. Arrives right on time, did a thorough inspection and was very kind! I've had boxes sitting outside for weeks and he is the only person that has offered to help bring them inside. Above and beyond for sure!
