No trabajan con pelo natural. Les pedí que no me plancharan el pelo y todavia lo hicieron. Sus tratamientos para las caspas son muy efectivas pero si no quieres pelo liso no lo sugiero. [ENGLISH] I thought they worked with natural hair, they didn't. I asked them not to flat iron my hair and they did it anyway. Their dandruff treatments are very effective but if you don't want straight hair I wouldn't suggest it here.
