They don’t care if animals are suffering or in pain.
I find the staff to be very knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating. Last May it was necessary to have our dog of 16 years put to sleep. The staff including the groomer were incredibly understanding and professional. When we adopted another dog in August I was so happy that he could be treated by your facility. I have made numerous recommendations for your animal hospital and am so pleased to have access to such excellent veterinary care.
New Buffalo Animal Hospital is my Vet of choice because they are very professional and courteous and handle my dogs with care. The staff and Drs are both very helpful as well to not let me forget about anything I may be missing. My Pack are very happy that we found this vet ...Yes there are many vets in the area but to me New Buffalo Animal Hospital is #1
Fantastic treatment for my Gabriel, everyone is kind and caring even if the animal doesn't cooperate.
My little Muggsy who decided to take a stroll down the creek yesterday went under, and by a miracle Bill was in his car on Creekside watching the Lake, jumped in the creek, broke the ice and saved him! He and his wife wrapped him in a blanket and drove Him to NB Animal! Thank you Stewart’s so much💕Muggsy spent a couple hours there getting warm and I am happy to say....quite happy sleeping in this morning! Thank you to All the staff who stayed late to save little Muggsy! He has 90 lives!! Love love love this Place.....simply... read more
