RecommendedFrom safe precautions due to the pandemic to taking my golden retriever Maverick and making him look like he was ready for a show, the staff absolutely nailed it out of the park. Mav has been going to NB animal hospital since he was born just over a year and a half ago, and I couldn’t imagine taking him anywhere else. Amazing staff, comfortable clean environment, and an incredibly happy golden retriever. Thank you!
Perhaps my worst experience ever with a vet. My Mother has always been a client of New Buffalo Animal Hospital. Yet, when we called this AM to ask to euthanize her 14 year old cat who was struggling, in pain, bleeding from the mouth and having trouble walking, they said they were too busy. I called my vet, who had never seen the cat and agreed to give up their lunch to care for him. Thank you Michigan City Animal Hospital and Dr. Rex Bailey!
This is my first experience actually being able to be in the room with vet since COVID. I have to say I am very happy with my experience. Dr. Daly was so great she took time and answered all my questions and gave great suggestions. She was personable and all the staff were so nice. So glad decided to go here. I know my fur babies are in good hands!
I absolutely love this clinic. Everyone is always so friendly, and they genuinely care about the animals that come through their doors. Today, my demon cat Lilly needed to be seen. Lilly has to be medicated before visits due to aggression, and I’m always nervous taking her in (she absolutely HATES the vet). We saw Dr. Daly and Vet Technician Jamie today. They were so great operating on a wild animal that many cared about. Had his face ripped apart by another animal. The hospital put him back together and only charged a small amount. They are awesome and caring. Thank you so much!!! ❤❤❤❤
Our longtime and trusted Vet Dr. Mack is wonderful. And when I brought in my new foster he was taken care of by Dr. Daly. She was wonderful as well. Both so careful, kind and thorough. I've not had the pleasure of meeting other vets yet. And I have to mention the helpfulness of ALL the staff. This is a great crew all the way around. Thank you for you years of taking care of my many kiddos... and me as well. :-)
Absolutely LOVE Doctor Mac. He's amazing and Our Furr Babies love him and His Staff. They love our babies, as much as we do. I’m so thankful to New Buffalo Animal Hospital for taking such good care of our fur babies. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! The nicest staff I’ve ever met & very affordable! I was so worried about our senior pug going under anesthesia for surgery, but they took extra precautions to monitor him throughout to make sure he was safe. I am forever grateful!! ❤️❤️
My three cats receive excellent care at N.B. Animal Hospital. Yearly reminders via email and post ensure that routine care is ongoing. In emergencies, they have always received prompt attention. Dr. Brian Mack helps us manage one cat's chronic health condition with a prescription diet, available on site. During appointments, I am able to be present in the examining room.
