Poor customer service. The doctors are great but the staff and optical center has no customer service ethics. Very short with answers and I will never go back. I do not recommend them at all.
Lousy customer service all the way around. Dr. Tompkins is wonder but the rest of the staff I have dealt with is not.

Dr Levar is one of the best ophthalmologist I’ve seen. I found the office staff to be very professional.
My 6 year old saw Dr. Levar, he and his staff were so good with him! (He had a nerf gun accident)
Dr. Smith and his staff are extremely professional and nice. My cataract surgery went well and recovery was quick.
Dr. Joshua Levar is awesome! Three years ago I almost lost sight in one of my eyes due to severe dry eyes and he was able to save it. Through his genuine care and concern throughout this long process, I am not cured; however he has helped me manage my dry eyes. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Dr. Levar. I would recommend him to anyone!
