3 weeks in for the NU challenge and it feels great! Trainers know what they are talking about! Amazing to have multiple options for each activity based on individual levels. I could do this forever!
The coaching philosophy here is exactly what I need. It's a supportive group that motivate me to reach my goals. The coaches are always helpful by modifying and supporting me at my current level to help me reach the next one. A Gym can just be a Gym but here the people and the coaches are what makes it the perfect place for my husband and me to get more than just a workout. The people here make the difference so come join us!
I have been out of the CrossFit gym world for about a year now working and focusing solely on Olympic weightlifting in my garage. I have been working a few WODs back into my training and the crew over at Sporthalle (NBCF) have been great with me dropping in and mixing/matching different WODs and assisting in working through the holes and movement issues in my training. Excited to see what they have in store for the future.
After a few years of working out once a month and calling it good, I decided to join New Braunfels Crossfit. Logan, Andrew, and Marcus are doing an outstanding job and making me regret not joining sooner. It's a very open door, welcoming gym compared to some places I've been. Great workouts, great coaching staff, and great people. Come get your sweat on, or just hang out and enjoy the community. Looking forward to meeting my goals and seeing others meet theirs as well.
I'm new to crossfit but I can say that I am loving this place. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional... triple threat!
