Since starting here back in September, my strength has increased, my shoulder mobility has improved and my overall physical health has improved. The coaches are amazing and the programming and classes are second to none.

Absolutely enjoy this gym...the coaches and the members are always so inspiring and motivating. Everyone has their strengths and things that they need to improve on, and you are always encouraged in any workout to do your best and compete against yourself, for you are your toughest competition.
I had the chance to drop-in on Labor Day and had an amazing experience. From the coaching staff to the members, they made me feel welcome. Great workout with some fun twists added to it. Immaculate building and a great feel. Be sure to check it out if you’re in the area or need a break from Schlitterbahn or floating the river:)
