I worked 8-8pm at an ER in Boston took me 2 hours to get to work I left at 6 in heavy snow. Came home to 5 degree weather, will-20 windchill and my parking spot unplowed with 11 inches of snow. I tried to get my shovel out and my trunk was frozen so I saw other cars parked in the street and figured it must be okay. Woke up to my car missing - called this towing company they didn’t care at all basically said “ not my problem”.
