I worked 8-8pm at an ER in Boston took me 2 hours to get to work I left at 6 in heavy snow. Came home to 5 degree weather, will-20 windchill and my parking spot unplowed with 11 inches of snow. I tried to get my shovel out and my trunk was frozen so I saw other cars parked in the street and figured it must be okay. Absolute HORRIFIC Service. Locked my keys in my car, Was quoted $50 tech shows up saying it was $100. I called The phone on the side of the truck to speak with the owner. I explained to him that I only had About $60-$70 at the moment, he decided to call the Police on me.
