Unfortunately , like many of these folks in the review section, I had a horrific experience with Ariel after calling AAA to help with my battery. He was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was stupid. Not only was he rude, but he was unhelpful. This person needs to get a different job if this is how they are showing up daily- rude , moody, absolutely no customer service skills and 0 help in coming up with a solution. Do better

"Ariel" has a real attitude problem. I'd be mad if I had a girl's name too, but don't take it out on other people, big guy.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Ariel came to start up my battery and when I said I had to run in and grab my keys because I was in a rush and forgot them, he said and I quote ‘Are you for real bro.’ He proceeded to give me attitude the entire service. Absolutely atrocious.

AAA sent Shane from New Beverly Auto Clinic to my house when my car battery died. He arrived promptly. I was trying to decide if I should have my car towed to the dealership, but I am glad I did not. Shane tested the battery and confirmed that it was not taking the charge. He made sure to replace it with exactly the same type of battery that was in my car. He also checked the owner’s manual to make sure that certain things that had to be reset were reset after he had installed the battery so that the electronics worked ok. M... read more

Responded to my AAA call for a new battery, they were fast, efficient, and pleasant. Very happy with my experience!
