I got a pedicure done at New Berlin Nails for my sister’s wedding! The set up for a pedicure was super relaxing! I would highly recommend!
My daughter and I had gel manicures and they began chipping the next day. I wasn't too concerned because the front desk gal told us at check out they have a 2 week guarantee. We went in after 9 days and were told we had to have the original receipt. I told her she did not tell me that information when she told me about the guarantee. I said you have all my information in the computer. She said "sorry it's the policy" I was extremely agitated.
