The receptionist on the 3rd floor was useless and rude. When I got up there she was lounging on her cell phone, feet up. I told her I was there re a sleep study and had no idea what I was talking about. Luckily my name was called right away when I was trying to explain to her I was on the right floor.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been here a few times with my kids, and I want to give parents a heads-up. First off, they can’t do labs, so don’t expect a full workup. They very rarely give a diagnosis. They do a basic exam and tell you to follow up with the pediatrician. The biggest thing I notice is the staff’s bedside manner. Some of them give off this cold, distant energy that feels… off. We tried to make an appointment for a follow up and spoke with Lakrisha, she was dismissive and rude. We were surprised by her lack of courtesy and unwillingness to answer our questions. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism representing your clinic.
