I had a therapist and things were going well. However, something happened (unbeknownst to me as a client) and my therapist was leaving this particular office. The owner (I assume) called and she basically said "She's no longer here. Are you going with her or staying with us?". I said if her new place can't take my insurance, I'll be back. Found the clinic staff to be OK, but, therapist that we started couples therapy with basically left us during crisis, didn't understand having children, "referred";( we had only asked to move time slots), us to another therapist in practice whom in 2 months, we've NEVER heard from. Extremely unprofessional, both our individual therapists have agreed.

Yakitta is by far the best therapist I've ever had - and I've tried several over the years to help me overcome a few traumatic experiences. She's kind, compassionate, insightful, and always able to find a message of hope amid the messes in my life. But most importantly, she listens, which is a skill not all therapists have. I was looking for a therapist and found this place, and everyone is super sweet and kind, helpful in everyday . I have needed alot of help and everyone there has helped me and my family tremendously! Would definitely recommend to anyone for anything.
