Maria Elena is by far the best! She hustled and worked so hard for my husband and I to get our 1st time home even though I had a bad experience with the lender Patti. Maria made it very clear that she was here for us, her customers, 1st! She went over all the documents before having us signed. She explained everything every step of the way. No matter the time nor day, she answered any questions or concerns we had. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond her services with us. Not recommended. Never seen her in person, she always sent her husband to the showings. She was always rude, I felt more comfortable dealing with the lender than I did with Maria. Definitely made our first time home buying process experience bad. She didn’t even give us our key personally when we got our home. She left it in the back yard. If you want someone you feel comfortable with asking any questions look elsewhere.
