awful, awful awful! I've been there for 4 years now, the staff behind the desk is incompetent, can't make appointments! Do not bring your children there period! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I was very excited to use them as we had just relocated here. I had called and set up an appointment of which my sons appointment was after flu season so I had called to ask how we could get this in before his regular wellness checkup. The receptionist told me no problem and that she would speak to a physician and someone would call me back the following day. I never heard from anyone. RecommendedLast week, we had the very unfortunate experience of my son fainting in Dr. Nielsen’s office at New Beginnings. Given that there was no doctor or nurse in the room with us at the time, and I had my two younger children with me, I threw open the door and screamed for help. Our room was FILLED with doctors and nurses within seconds. While they immediately began to treat my son, other nurses came and took my two daughters out to calm them and occupied them happily until my son was up and talking again. We have been coming to New Beginnings for 6 years. Dr. Emmick is top notch. She is very caring, kind and patient. She takes her time, listens to her patients (and their parents) and knows her stuff. The other doctors and nurses are also wonderful! We are very thankful for the care our children have recieved here.
We typically see Dr. Nielsen. She's incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to answer all our questions. As first time parents, she's very reassuring and does a great job of explaining everything.
I loved my daughters first visit here! Dr Reddy was very nice! The staff were all very nice! Glad I changed her doctors to here!
Dr. Nielson is the bees knees :-) The entire staff has always been great, there's only 1 Dr. I won't see again. The new location has wonderful parking! No more circling the hospital lot for 20 minutes.
