We had a very nice experience with New Beginnings. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We worked with Brittany specifically and she went above and beyond to answer our questions and guide us through the unknown as we navigating the helmet journey, allowing us to text any day, any time, with our concerns and even getting us in for a last-minute appointment for a quick scan. We would recommend her to any family who is starting their first helmet journey!
We were pleased with our visit with Reina Kingsley,CO at NB in Seekonk,MA. Reina discussed different avenues to try and suggested what she thought was the best. On a return visit talked more about different actions to take. We were very happy that we went to Reina Kingsley.
