I was in a fender bender and had to pay out-of-pocket for my repair. Needless to say, I shopped around for a repair vendor. The manager of New Beginnings offered fair and true service from beginning to end. I'm so glad I trusted that because not only did they keep their word, the work itself was better than expected. I was recommended to this company through my insurance company (USAA) (who only uses qualified gold star members) and all I can say is WOW! They went above and beyond the call of duty! Exceptional Service and I cannot say enough good things about them! They have taken good care of me since the beginning. "The manager Thomas and his staff have been very nice and helpufl. They have taken good care of me since the beginning. They have explained everything from start to finish and even contacted the rental car for me. I feel like I didn't have to do anything but show up.
