We dropped off our truck on 7/31/2024. It had a dent in the side panel of the truck bed. A few weeks go by with no communication. Then I received a voicemail from insurance that the shop wants to total the truck because they can't find a replacement bed. I took my car to this place (New Beginning) for a bumper replacement, which they kept for about 2 weeks to get the job done. The work was done appropriately and when I picked up my car, I noticed they had washed and vacuum my car and I thanked them for the good deed. It's only when I got in my car there was an odor that was unbearable. I rarely leave reviews for places, but I absolutely must leave a review for New Beginnings. This is the 3rd time we have had the privilege of using them for auto bodywork and let me tell you they are just as amazing the 3rd time as they were the 1st time. My Subaru got hit in a parking lot, ended going with New Beginnings and I must say I'm highly impressed. I came to them for assistance with my aftermarket parts issue and was well taken care of. They understood the importance of my car and the value it holds to me and made sure I was more than satisfied. Horrible customer service. Was told the repair would take a week or two max. Well as two weeks approached I started hearing excuse after excuse and had a gut feeling the manager wasn’t being forth right. Another week goes by (week 3) still excuses and I gotcha. Third promise of delivery and now It’s like its my fault for giving him a hard time. Wow. Third time and forth promise still no delivery. I am now on my fifth.
Everyone at New Beginnings is so professional and efficient! Any future autobody repairs will be done with them!

I have had many cars repaired through the years with no issues. My husband hit a deer and our insurance USAA recommended this shop. I should have used Coxtons as we have in the past. The office person Sandy is rude, unprofessional, does not return calls and just makes excuses. They have had my car almost 3 weeks and every time we call, she says one more day we are having staffing issues.
