Very disappointed! They lost our key on a Wednesday or Thursday and didn't tell us until Monday afternoon after calling on Friday and them telling us the car would be ready Monday. Not very apologetic and seemed like they were trying to be deceiving about losing the key by not telling us right away. Not a good way to do business and I picked my car up with my spare and chose to not have them do the work on my vehicle.
The people are awesome and I got a great deal! They also have a fast turnaround!
Great business! Very caring and thoughtful people. They had my car done by the expected date and even left my car clean and tidy on the inside. They did great work. I'd go to them again and again; but let's hope I don't have to. Thanks New Beginnings Auto Body!
