I had a very bad experience with the billing department. I’ve been a loyal customer for 12 years and didn’t know I had an issue with my bill. They didn’t want to work with me at all. I have never had an issue with billing. I told them I never received a bill and they didn’t care. They just cancelled my appointment. Not customer service friendly.

I had the best experience from Shannon!! Every time I saw her she welcomed me with a hug and well wishes!! I would recommend her to anyone!! The other staff members were excelled too always so nice :)
Today was my first appointment! I was a little nervous but the staff was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable!
