As of right now I give them a three-star rating and that is because I've only been with them a short time and starting it was a little rough I contacted the nurse on call at 6:00 a.m. due to my loved one needed help moving and I could not physically move her myself he said that he would be there within an hour and a half to two hours but unfortunately never showed so that was very disappointing but at that time. This particular hospice care has seemed to defy all knowledge of what a hospice does for their patients. As a daughter of several medical personnelle, I have raised various questions about what should be happening with a patient in hospice and everything that I have asked has only sparked outrage.
