Staff isn't informed enough to know the cost of fixing your animal when you call and ask for an exact price after giving them full detail about the type of animal, gender, weight, and age. Then I bring my dog there on the date of surgery and was going to be charged double the price I was told on the phone. Completely disappointed and will not be bringing either of my animals back to this place.
I had to put my 16 year old golden down in Oct the me 8 year old Shepard had to be put down also my heart was so broken they have so much compassion for there animals i got card from them and my Daisys foot print were I there I was so excited thank you very much John and Rena Houghton
Thanks again for helping my boxer niko out on may 23rd with out u and your staff I would have had to drive 2hrs home his claw is growing back nicely thanks again
