Brought our cat to get fixed, we went to the first appointment the second appointment was to get the cat fixed they told us they can’t do it because the cat was in heat so we rescheduled for another appointment and the cat was in heat again so they could not get the cat fixed so they send us a bill for $100 cancelation fee I call them the explained to the girl on the phone and she said it’s okay disregard the bill now months later there suing me for $100. We have been bringing our babies there for years. Such a caring and friendly staff. Dr Ramsey is so very caring and loving to our dogs. The entire staff was so caring when last year we lost one of our babies and when our other baby passed from a broken heart at home they helped in many ways. I don’t find him crazy expensive and he’s always given us options to save money. Wouldn’t bring my fur kids anywhere else - including the new pups we have now. Thank you to the entire staff and dr Ramsey!!
Dr. Ramsey is such a kind and gentle man. Over the years he has treated my cats and dogs and given us logical and sensible advice on decisions that were sometimes hard to make. My husband has complete confidence in Dr and staff. 🐕🐶🐱🐈
Most caring and loving vet I ever been to!! Have been a client for the entire time he has been open.. I had 2 dogs and 2 cats and now only have 1 dog who has health issues and Dr. Ramsey and his staff are so thoughtful and caring !!
I have been with Doctor Ramsey since he first opened and he is the best there is also has a wonderful staff.
I would never bring my animals here..he is all about how much money he can make and treats his staff like garbage...cannot believe he is still in business. He has no personality and should be brought up by a labor board..do yourself a favor go somewhere else!!

Dr. Ramsey is very understanding with our many concerns with our aging pug. We never feel as though we are rushed. Leanne is amazing, always seems calm 😊
