Is overall a nice place to live in terms of location and comfort. However, my experience with their lease termination policy has been quite negative. If you plan on buying a house and need to break your lease early, be aware that they will require you to continue paying the full rent for the remaining months until the contract ends. I’ve had a fantastic experience living at New Barn Apartments for the past two years. The front office staff has been incredibly welcoming and always provides excellent hospitality. Any maintenance or building updates were communicated well in advance, which I really appreciated. In my time here, I only needed to submit one service request, and it was addressed immediately. Overall, I have no complaints—just a great place to live with a responsive and professional team!
