A big shout out to Paula!! By chance, she waited on my dad and me on Saturday, and it was a great experience for both of us. Great customer service, and we were in and out with NB that fit us to a T! Thank you very much! Next time, we will call the store ahead to schedule an appointment with you :)

Stopped at the Sarasota store to replace the New Balance I am wearing. When I went in there were 3 salesmen, 2 were waiting on customers and one was holding up the wall. He never offered to help. But soon a MAN came in and he went right over to help him. This store has the worst customer service around. Will find another place to buy my shoes.

This store sucks with returns! Wore a $160 pair of shoes 3 weeks and it came unglued. Their exchange offer was a 30 percent discount on my next pair! Oh hell no! I won't be buying Nee Balance again. Pissed!

Within 30 days of your purchase, we take EVERYTHING back so not sure why you were offered 30% if they were only 3 weeks old. I've worn new balance and Dunham shoes almost exclusively for several years without a problem except for the 857's that I purchased here over a year ago. From the first time I put them on I had a problem with the flapping noise made by the left shoe. I went for several weeks without wearing them then took them back to the store. Staff said no problem, the noise will stop after you wear them for a while so I did. Noise never stopped so I checked back at the store this weekend. Just moved to the area. I had bought a pair of shoes at another store while on vacation a week before. They have not been worn and still have the tag attached. They refused to take them back because they "didn't carry that color." (White with blue accents). I purchase several pairs of new balance shoes a year and will never shop at this store again. Avoid the Sarasota store!
