I just bought my second pair of New Balance from Mark Schoenbach. I went back to the University store because of his excellent personal service. He remembered me immediately by name upon entering the store. He spent so much time with me to be sure I was comfortable in my selection of the 1080 sneaker with the super supportive Fresh Foam. I have an incredibly high arch which requires the addition of the New Balance arch support insole making the sneaker perfect for me. WOW Mark Schoenbach was super nice and took great care in finding the right size shoes for me. I have very bad feet have to wear $450.00 orthotics because i have flat feet so i have to have very special shoes that are made well for full support. New balance are the best shoes i ever wore with out them i can not walk more than 10 feet. God bless and thank you Mark very much Stuart Klein.
