The staff are knowledgeable. Theirs is no rush. They take their time , and like me I sprained my ankle and had to be able to get an ace bandage and a brace into my sneaker. I went in on 10/22 Paula helped me. Paula also helped me 2 years ago when my arch fell. She helped me then and now with the sprain . Told me if not happy with them I can exchange or return them . Took them back and got the other pair Christian helped me . Took the other pair . No drama he also was very aware of the shoes and new exactly which one I wanted... read more
