I've had a great experience going to the Buckhead New Balance store (an actual brick and mortar store with real people!) They helped me find a shoe to help with my plantar fasciitis. The shoe helped, but when I went in today, I showed my shoe to Brittany and we developed a plan to follow up in three months to see how my foot is striking and make adjustments from there. There is no way, with the 1000s of shoe types out there, that I would ever have been able to come up with a plan like this on my own. Thanks, Brittany.
Thanks to the staff of the Buckhead NB Store for helping fit my daughter. She had a specific need for her feet and they made a perfect recommendation and actually found a more cost effective shoe that will be shipped to my house. Thank you again. Great customer service-helping the customer.
