Worst Manicure Ever – I went in for a basic french manicure when I was driving by. At first the girl seemed nice and we had a nice conversation, but I was VERY unhappy with my manicure. She took forever to clean my nails and then put on 2 very thick layers that didn't dry, even though I spent 15 mins under the dryer. I've had many french manicures in my life and that is NOT what they are supposed to look like. Waste of money. I went to a trusted salon afterwards for a polish change. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NAIL SERVICES.
Very Satisfied. – I tried this salon out because it was in my neighborhood and I was tired of getting my hair done at Great Clips! I was very pleased with the service, and loved my haircut. I also thought the atmosphere was very friendly and I have never had a problem with the receptionist on the phone or in person. The stylist who did my hair is Aly and I will definitely be returning to her.
Secretary – I received hair service here 1 1/2 year ago. The stylist was great and DID conversate with me - forgot her name. This was my first time here also... and never had short hair... so first time and I liked the results.! HOWEVER, when I called in earlier today to ask about hair coloring service, Bonny was not a good secretary! She seemed rushed and was not patient. She didn't seem to want to answer my question and just hung up the phone w/0 a bye.... Great stylist, bad secretary.
New Art Salon on Snelling Avenue – I was more then satisfied with the service and hair style I received. I can do a lot with my hair, so I am hard to please. I had a stylist called Jenn Seiler, cut and style my hair. She was fabulous, I won't go to anyone else. I was nervous, and she put me at ease right away. Great service, great cut! – I certainly will return. First time I tried this shop,I went with my sister and mom, and I was very pleased. The stylist took her time with me, didn't hurry me in and out. I got a great cut and conversation. I thought the prices were very reasonable. The art wasn't my style, but I was told it changes with different local artists. Allison Neiman
