Avoid New American Funding if you ever have an insurance loss claim. They have an extremely confusing and slow claims department that has added endless frustration to an already stressful remodel after water damage. Essentially if your claim is over a certain amount NAF will become a party on your insurance check, put your money in an escrow account and then put you through and endless barrage of confusing emails and regular emails indicating the multi forms and receipts and letters to submit to get access to the claim money... read more

Rich Marra and New American Funding were absolutely tremendous. We had a very tight close timeline, and Rich got us past the finish line days ahead of our required close date. My wife and I thought we might be cutting it close, instead, Rich enabled us to close on our home purchase three days ahead of plan. His work was masterful!
