Jennifer and her team always kept us updated with what was going on. We were moving from another state and they gave us one less thing to worry about, i highly recommend.
I had to educate this organization on how Veteran Home Loans work. I even had the VA call them on multiple occasions to walk them through the process. The communication was the most problematic. At near a week till closing date we found out that New American had did nothing to secure all the paperwork in order for us to close on. Essentially they allowed us to shop for homes with nothing done and no understanding that they dropped the ball.
