From what I dealt with over the phone in regards to canceling my appointment and rescheduling was ridiculous and makes me not want to ever go here even though I have yet to see a doctor. I did not catch the women’s name but she was very rude. She mixed me up with a different patient and was looking at the wrong file. Yelling at me and cutting me off as I’m talking.. all because she had the wrong file and didn’t double check that before being a very rude person.
Dr. Barnhart is great. I went to him because I had a large knot on the bottom of my foot and it hurt terribly until I couldn’t take it anymore. He did surgery and I followed his post surgery directions and after three weeks I am able to put a normal shoe on walk without pain for the first time in almost 9 months. I was referred to him and I couldn’t be happier.
