It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I would recommend them just as they were recommended to me.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, they didn't even have any magazines to read

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. And very convienient...never had a dentist open weekdays till 9pm and my daughter was able to get her teeth cleaned on a Saturday when she was home from school. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They keep the restrooms well-stocked. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need.
