When it comes to real state in Miami, you have to meet Arian. He sold me my first home and the process was so smooth. I highly recommend him because of his integrity and straight forward doing business. He knows Miami, Miami Beach and everywhere in between very well.

Do not rent from Arian Adorno unless you want to have headaches, be cheated and loose part or all of your deposit and if you want to pay for all repairs including existing issues. My family rented from him for a year. The floor tiles cracked because of the loose grout which was never fixed even though we pointed out the issue. Exaust fan was not working but you will be blamed for it and he will have fix his broken units with your own money or be blamed for it. our apartment had no insulation so you can hear the neighbors ala... read more
