Wow...just reading the owner's responses and I see what the customers are saying. Very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional responses. Can only imagine how it would be if I went there in person. Definently not coming here seems like a nasty atomsphere with people who don't care for their customers. Wonder why they are on Groupon? Taking my money elsewhere.
This place does not offer good service or any services at all probably! I ordered on Groupon a colonic package from here 3-4yrs ago. I went the initial visit expecting the great experience I had at another wellness center, but was too far from my home, but I was disappointed. But I paid so I said I would utilize the last 2 visits. If I could give this less than one star I would. I wish I had checked the reviews here prior to purchasing the Groupon then I could have saved myself the headache. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As others have said, the owner is disgusting. I am glad to know that I wasn’t alone in this feeling.
