I had an appointment with new tub again January 12th at 10am to redo my tub. At 9:15am I received a text stating they would be at my house around noon. I had another engagement at noon so Michael showed up a little after 10am as originally scheduled. He did the tub and scheduled another appointment for the following day to reglaze my sinks.He told me he would come between 10am and 11am and text me the exact time the next day. The whole experience was a disaster from the get-go, beginning with promises to call back, always with one excuse after another, all of them lies no doubt. Finally, after 2 weeks, Paul came over (inappropriately dressed by the way, almost like a drag queen if you want my opinion)...then after telling me how times were tuff, he would need the entire amount UP FRONT. Mike was hired to reglaze a tub at our rental property while we were out of town. When we returned and I inspected the property 6 weeks later I saw his work was already failing and was extremely poor quality, sandy and bumpy. I immediately contacted Mike but he was slow to respond. He finally said he would come in 2 weeks but when I asked to clarify time and a few other times he became aggressive and threatened to block my number. I have asked for my funds to be returned but I doubt this will occur. Do not use this business.... read more
