Mikey was awesome!! Very knowledgeable, only works with the best equipment, and even though they were slammed and had a long line of people waiting for him, he never once made us feel like he was rushing us through the process. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, along with detailed aftercare instructions. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone wanting an amazing experience getting any piercing!
One shop I went to denied me of the tattoo I had my heart set on as a coverup tattoo. They were very discouraging about doing the coverup in general and I was upset thinking it couldn’t be done. I went and had a consult with Justin, he said he could do it and he drew up exactly what I had pictured in my head. We went ahead with it and I couldn’t be happier! My daughter got her ears pierced today. We both love the results! Tirza is awesome, and has the patience of a saint. The shop is clean and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my daughter’s questions. Thank you all so much!
I’ve been there only a few times 1st time to get my nose pierced and the 2nd time for a tattoo (which still looks beautiful) other than that the staff is super friendly. They make sure their customers are satisfied with what they want. Amazing environment and phenomenal artists and piercers.
Artist Marc Gray did an amazing job on my tattoo! It took about 5 hours total (2 sessions), and in that time I got to see all of the other artists' work... they are all awesome! I also witnessed a lot of interactions with clients; the artists are always friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is super clean and very professional. If you want tattoos or piercings, New Addiction is your place!
