Horrible business practices. If you are 5 minutes late, they charge you $90 and have you reschedule. If you call to cancel due to an emergency and it is not 24 hours before, they charge you $90z They are more concerned with reprimanding you and taking every dollar possible then they are about helping people. I would not recommend this office.
Dr. Nenov has been extremely helpful, is tremendously knowledgeable and been a wonderful guide during my time with her.
I have been seeing Dr. Nenov for the last several years and I find her to be an excellent clinician. She is patient, she diagnoses well. She takes an appropriate amount of time and provides good feedback. she is willing to work with me and stays focused on finding the best possible results. I feel her approach is very personalized and I have recommended her to many friends and colleagues and all have been pleased.
Dr. Nenov has been an amazing help for me. It’s great to have a psychiatrist that actually cares. She can tell right away if something isn’t right with me and tries to help me. I highly recommend her.
Dr Nenov is very "short" and rushes, you barely place a word and she cuts you off. She can be condescending.
I am so thankful and grateful to the doctor. Her character is filled with compassion empathy and loads of knowledge and wisdom. She is a pioneer in her field. Dr. Nenov has been amazing for my anxiety treatment. Always looks at you and is never rushing you out of her office. She really cares about her patients. I have recommended to numerous people.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nenov's for almost 10 years. She is not just pushing meds on you. Dr. Nenov is very knowledgeable and I trust her greatly. Over the years my life and condition has improved very much.
I have been a patient of Dr Nenov's for almost 10 years and like her so much, I pay out of pocket because she isn't on my insurance. She is a good listener and takes detailed notes so we can track how my medications are working. I think she is kind and knowledgeable.
