I recently had an issue with an older ballistic vest. The "issue" was not Neve's fault and was more a vendor issue, but Pat and the other staff there went out of their way to remedy the issue. I've ways received great service at Neve's, this was just another great example.
The employees here were knowledgeable on what was best for me to buy to help protect my family, also was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience.
