I will not use this company again, they placed in a sump pump 10 years ago. It was never working right. I had to constantly readjust the float over the years after constant flooding. And when it was no longer floating, I called Neves Plumbing and said I needed a new float for my sump pump because it was not going up and kicking on the motor.
