Bought a car in the Bolivar, MO location with a “Factory Warranty”. Took the car to have warranty work done on it at a Nissan dealership and they refused to cover it under warranty because the car previously had flood damage. The kicker is Nissan reported this to Never Say No 6 months before I bought the car! And they delete any review that isn’t 5 Stars!!! RED FLAG PEOPLE!!!!
On Friday April 27th my husband and I went to buy a car and they were wonderful and helpful and I want to thank them so much.
Could not be happier with my car buying experience. Just a great bunch of guys. No pressure, no haggling, no anything but being treated great, getting a great low mileage car at a fair price. Don't let the fact they carry very nice low mileage cars only a couple of years old make you think you can't get approved, you truly can, I did.
