The installers are nice but the customer service and lady who answers the phone is not! Two visits and our generator is still NOT completely installed. Now, we are being told the third visit to finish the job can’t happen until later this week because other installs need to be started! Funny because when we were scheduled (a wait of 14 weeks) we were told the wait was so long because they have to finish jobs before starting new ones. Never Dark professionally handled all the issues for the installation of my generator. The electrical installation was done with the utmost of care and quality. The generator was place tastefully. Every aspect was done with an eye toward "doing it right". The price was what was quoted. No extras. The propane connection was coordinated. The permits were done. I am now ready for the next outage. Very happy with installation and look of the generator. Everyone was very polite and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Very communicative and kept everything on schedule. All staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Shout out to Never Dark Whole House Generators, whose emergency tech Ricky braved torrential rain, flooded roads, sinkholes, and downed trees to reach us last night and get our broken generator going. Regardless of getting blocked on multiple routes, he persisted and finally found a way to reach us, and fixed the generator in the dark, in the rain. Thank you, Ricky!
We are very pleased with the job the installers did! They were very professional, courteous, and left the work areas neat and clean. I appreciate the time that they took to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions! We are also extremely pleased that they were able to get all of the external boxes and wires inside the garage instead of outside and made everything neat, tidy, and aesthetically perfect! Highly recommend using them!
