I booked a couple's massage at Navaeh of Hartville on May 12 for my one year anniversary. The two ladies who did our massages were very friendly and pleasant. The massage was very relaxing. I booked a one hour massage, that, according to their description on their website is a total of 1 hour 15 minutes, the extra 15 being for changing, etc. The massage was scheduled for 3:45-4:00. Elliot was AMAZING and so down to earth. I had an appointment at 530 and my hair didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it to. My schedule was busy the next week so Elliot took it upon herself to stay after they closed and fix it for me. She is such a wonderful person and will make sure you walk out of the salon happy.
My massage was absolutely amazing! She did an amazing job!!! Will recommend her to everyone!!!

I had my appointment on Monday 5/7 with Terra in Hartville. I love Terra. She is always in a great mood and always on time. Whatever vision I have for my hair she brings to life! Well yesterday, I had to bring my little two year old girl Gianna with me because I had no other option. Thankfully, Gianna was very good. Towards the end of my appointment, Missy, took her and put some lip gloss on her and talked to her and made her feel like a Princess!
