Can't pay HOA because they shut down the website without providing an alternative for payment processing. Also no warning.
If I could give this woman, Amy, a negative review I would. On top of her unprofessional attitude (hanging up after yelling at me to “speak with my boyfriend because she ‘doesn’t have time for this’”) i can’t say I believe she “knows” how to manage a property. Just had the “pleasure” of working with Alex. And let me tell you. Rude, disrespectful, degrading. I wish I could make up the phone call we just had with him. Couldn’t recommend a worse representation of your company. Great job Nevadas “Finest” Properties
This company is terrible. I can't get them to answer my emails.
Update 7/25/25 Things have only gotten worse with dealing with this management company. We are currently working on a petition to remove them as our HOA Manager. Service has been very bad As I have read about Amy Groves poor followup and response to issues I have to agree she is not worthy of a 1star review. Do not consider this person. The board approved a tree trimming for a tree rubbing my home disturbing my sleep. They agreed to do their best to expidite getting this done.
