Update 7/25/25 Things have only gotten worse with dealing with this management company. We are currently working on a petition to remove them as our HOA Manager. Service has been very bad As I have read about Amy Groves poor followup and response to issues I have to agree she is not worthy of a 1star review. Do not consider this person. I’ve been at my property a whole year and nothing has been fixed called her numerous times, sent text messages and email even went up to the office. She never responded or she never in the office very unprofessional.
Horrible, they never take care of things you always have to pay by yourself and the HOA doesn't nothing but get your money. In talking about the landscaping maintenance, the money I had to paid because for over 4 months nobody came to trimm the tree and it was affecting my solar panels and had to do it myself since after many emails and going to the meetings nobody fixed it
I would like to reaffirm that all of your low stars reviews about this company are right on point, and it hasn’t changed a bit. She or whoever works there are doing the same shady business. The only FINEST in the business are their laziness, and misleads. Stay away from it if you really care about doing the right thing.
I hired Amy Groves over the protests of my entire board who all pointed out her negative reviews. None of them wanted to hire her. But I insisted because I thought Amy would at least be a fair and good HOA manager and she was a friend of a friend. We had some early success at first but when I left the board that’s when things got bad. They towed my wife’s vehicles using arbitrary and inconsistent parking rules.
