I have lived in a community "managed" by these people for 9 years now and it is incredibly difficult to get assistance when needed. They collect your dues promptly of course and rest assured you will get a letter from them if a rock is out of place in your yard, but when you report severe safety hazards, illegal activities, or active property damage requiring police response, they refuse to answer emails and hang up on phone calls claiming they are "too busy." Continuous call avoidance regarding serious matters. Poor communication and follow up. It appears as though those who put forth effort to do the right thing in notifying of deceased tenant, shifts to the company dragging their feet on returning calls in support of those who remain in the unit authorized. Every time a call is placed for Amy no call or update is returned. I cannot recommend this HOA management company based on my experience in our community. One of the biggest concerns was communication and transparency. Communication was minimal. Homeowners frequently had questions about amenity closures, maintenance, expenses, timelines, and corrective actions but often did not receive any answers. Or any communication. If you are considering Nevadas Finest Properties to manage anything for you, run as fast as you can the other way. Amy has told me numerous lies and has not paid me money that she owes me from the rent of my unit! She shows no management skills and from what I suspect could be in serious financial trouble. We had her managing a rental unit for us and it was a nightmare to get her to do anything.
