This is a great state agency and I had the wonderful opportunity to serve as a model for the exam today in Las Vegas! Such a professional group of guys and gals that are in the room judging those future hair stylists. You can feel the nerves of the potential stylists and truly hear a "comb" drop, as they are under a huge amount of pressure as that great crew of judges look on. Barber is lazy and doesn't want your business. I came in at 11:20 and the only person there was the barber playing w his phone. Nobody getting a hair cut and nobody waiting. After a moment on his phone, he finally asked me "are you Phil?" Me: no Barber: do you have an appointment? M: no B: you have to have an appointment M: ok B: are you Donald? At this point I just walk out. It was a passive aggresive way to refuse service and I can take a hint
