My sleep doctor sent me there for an at-home sleep study. No complaints. That process went smoothly and the study was successful. Results were that I have severe sleep apnea. My sleep doctor then wrote me a prescription for a CPAP machine and sent it to Nevada Sleep Diagnostics (NSD).
