Dr. Zhou was very kind, helpful and reassuring. She made me feel comfortable, heard and like she really valued my input and questions. She answered all my questions! Who does that? Honestly, I look forward to continuing our patient/provider relationship. She's great and the service from all other staff was very quick and friendly.
I’ve seen Dr. Yanjia Zhou twice for two different skin concerns, and I’ve had a great experience both times. She is very kind, listens to you, and gives you straightforward and effective treatments without trying to sell you expensive 'miracle' procedures. Highly recommend her!
I arrived 30min early to my appointment, I prefilled all the forms prior to my visit since I was a first time visit. I checked in and got seen within 15min. I shared my concerns in what I was there for, Dr. Yanjia Zhou expressed her honest professional advice in what I wanted to get done. I got 1 out of the 2 things I came there for done which the second I was advised to see a specialist for the best results, which I took her advice for. I was in and out in less than 30min. Would highly recommend this place, they listen.
