We booked Nevada Party Bus as transportation for our recent wedding and had a good experience. We booked almost 10 months in advance, and they were very flexible with my changing plans and requests (I worked primarily with a Mike). There were a few questions regarding payment and logistics, but they were helpful in assisting. Day of, our driver Brian was great! Hardly had to communicate with him because everything went smoothly.

My wife and I reserved a bus from NV Party Bus but cancelled less than 24 hours later because we found another company (AWG) that was significantly cheaper. But they refused to give our deposit back of $360. I don't mind losing the deposit IF we were told that it would be non-refundable. But we were never informed! The manager was completely unprofessional and would hardly return our messages.
