Has anyone been treated rudely by Scott Kiperling? My last appt there and I was treated very rudely. I told him I was moving out of state and it would take 6 weeks to get in to see a new Dr. His response ? "That's your problem not mine". Very content to let me run out of the cry meds I need to even function daily

Waited two weeks for my girls appointment to be told that its gonna be another month cause your schedulers mistake. Others in the waiting room had simalar problems as we conversed. Please get it together... And drug test your nurses... They were not pleasant nor professional. I felt as if I was at hopes clinic.

Always have loved Dr B, the staff, the service..however,I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr Berman for a month now. Or at least speak to a person. Can't get a person to return my calls..been a patient of his back when he was at Washoe Med...PLEASE call me!!

I was very impressed with the efficient and pleasant manner in which the personnel went about their business. Office was clean. Dr. Pittman was thorough in His explanation of the procedure. He was cordial yet straight to the point in his detailing of it. Answered my questions clearly. He stated that he has done about five thousand of these vertebral injections. All went smoothly and improved my neck feels much better eight months later.

I have been coming here for approximately 10 years and for most of that time I saw Dr Beth Keihn... she was awesome. She left a little over a year ago and now I see Dr Pitman. He is not as personable as Beth but is still a good doctor. I had back surgery in 2002... having three vertebraes fused. I am not pain free... but my pain has been managed and under control. I am happy that they listen to me and are willing to try different treatments to see what works best.
