Dr. Berman and his assistants are AMAZING! I switched from Sweet Water Pain and Spine and at first thought this place would be like my other doctor. Dr. Berman is very honest and straight forward but you can tell he cares and BELIEVES you when you tell him you are in pain. My other doctor had his head buried in his laptop along with his 3 assistants every visit, and I had to give my whole medical history repeat each month. Dr. Pittman was a super nice guy and was very helpful as it was hard to explain what was going on with my shoulder. However, I made an appointment and wasn't called in until 20 minutes after my appointment time, and I probably sat in that room for another 10-15 before the doctor came in after my vitals were taken by a nurse. I get that sometimes things get backed up, but I respected the doctors time, I expect the same in return especially for how much they charged me for a first time consultation.
